How It Works

1. Choose your preferred design and size.
2. Share the requested color or customization before production.
3. We confirm the request, pricing if affected, and expected production timing.
4. Your approved made-to-order piece moves into production.

Important

Because customized pieces are created specifically for the customer, cancellation and return options may be more limited once production has started.
