Cancellation Policy
Requesting a Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. A cancellation is not guaranteed after production, customization, packing or dispatch has started.
Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order and customized pieces may enter production specifically for the customer. Once work has begun, cancellation may be restricted or unavailable depending on the stage of the order.
Amazon Edit
Amazon Edit orders are placed with Amazon and must be cancelled through the relevant Amazon account or order process.
