Terms & Conditions

Website & Store

These terms apply to use of the Hinaya Couture website and orders placed directly through the store. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate information and use the site lawfully.

Products & Made-to-Order Work

Product photographs and descriptions are prepared to represent each design as accurately as practical. Handcrafted and made-to-order work can include natural variations. Customization must be confirmed before production.

Prices, Payment & Orders

Prices and available payment methods are shown on the website or during checkout. An order may require review where customization, shipping or other details need confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping charges are handled separately based on the destination and order. Production and delivery timing is confirmed for made-to-order pieces before fulfilment.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility depends on the product, customization and stage of production. Please review the dedicated Cancellation, Return and Returns & Exchanges pages before ordering.

Amazon Edit

Amazon Edit products are affiliate products purchased from Amazon rather than from Hinaya Couture. Amazon or the marketplace seller controls product availability, final price, payment, fulfilment and returns for those purchases.

Intellectual Property

Hinaya Couture branding, original photographs, product descriptions and website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits.
